Return and Exchange Policy
At Beeline, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing high-quality products. Therefore, our return and exchange policy is in compliance with applicable UAE laws:
1. Non-returnable products
Due to the nature of our products (honey and bee products), food products cannot be returned or exchanged to protect the health and safety of the consumer, except in the following cases only:
Receiving a product different from the one ordered.
Receiving a damaged, leaky, or visibly broken product.
There is an error in quantity or quality.
2. Conditions for accepting returns or exchanges
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order via email or WhatsApp.
Clear photos of the product and a statement of the problem are required.
The product must be in its original condition and unopened or unused.
If approved, we will send a replacement product or refund the amount within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund method
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used in the order.
If you pay by bank card, it may take 7-14 business days depending on the bank.

Cancellation Policy
1. Before shipping
The customer can cancel the order without any fees as long as it has not been shipped yet.
You must contact us immediately via email or phone to cancel your order.
2. After shipping
An order cannot be cancelled after it has been sent, in which case the above-mentioned return and exchange policy applies.
